Big boy has his first ear infection, poor baby! Although it hasn't taken a big toll on his appetite since he tipped the scale at 19 lbs 4 oz (at 5 months 3 days old)!!! We were prescribed the yummy bottle o' pink stuff (which Garrett spits back out at me) for the next ten days...wish us luck =)

What a beautiful day! We took to the open road today, well we went as far as Empire! While we had originally plan to hike Empire Bluffs our adventures took us out to Pyramid Point!! What a workout!!

Oh my gosh! This was hilarious!! Anyone who know Matt at all knows that he is always telling us to watch out for poison ivy (he is highly allergic) and while walking on the paths he yells, "Watch out!! Poison ivy on BOTH sides!!" In this photo Madison sat down (without scoping out the greenery) and while she was dumping the sand out of her shoes Matt was doing a Poison Ivy inspection!!! Madison could have cared less!

Matt finished up the new swing set just in time for Madison to try it out on Mother's Day!! I've really been wanting a spot in the yard for the kids to play and after a large earth mover (I think it's called a Bob Cat?) a dump truck full of sand, a swing set delivery & several loads of wood chips we are ALL SET TO PLAY!! Thank you Matt for all of your hard work - I LOVE the swing set and I'm so glad that Madison loves it and can't wait for Garrett to use it!
